Filter media for Pleated Filter Elements are stainless steel sintered fiber netting and stainless steel weaving wire cloth.

Stainless Steel Sintered Fiber Web is a kind of durable and pleatable 316L stainless steel medium, sintered into a graded pore structure, enjoys the advantages of high porosity rate, lower resistance, more filtration area, high dirt holding capacity and can be repeatedly used.

Stainless Steel Woven Wire Cloth is weaved by stainless steel wire. Filter elements with stainless steel woven wire cloth as filter medium, have such advantages of good strength, fastness, easily cleanable, heat-resistance and economic cost.

Because of making the two filter medium into the pleated one, this increases the filtration area, develops the filtration efficiency.

The filter elements made by these two filter medium have high porosity rate, good ventilating, lower pressure- disparity

The filtration precision of our pleated filter elements is from 0.5 to 200μm

Pleated filter elements can use ultrasonic, chymistry to clean, and can be repeatedly used; can also be bounce-back cleaned without dismantling on the product line, then saving the time.
