Due to the draggle anneal technique,unseparate with air,so the surface of low carbon wire is produced one layer black oxidation film, after then spread oil on iron wire cloth which is showing balck,so iron wire cloth is also named black iron wire cloth.Now anneal finished in seprate with air,iron wires surface not produced oxidation film,also spread oil,but iron wire cloth is not black as before
